Air Cargo

Speedy. Accessible. Convenient.

Our air freight service provides the fastest and easiest mode of transport, with partnerships across all major airlines worldwide. We secure cargo space and maintain competitive rates year-round, including peak seasons.

Speed

Fixed airline schedules make air freight the fastest and most reliable mode of transport available for time-sensitive cargo.

Accessibility

Partnerships with all major airlines across the world ensure easy accessibility to virtually any destination on the globe.

Competitive Rates

Most competitive rates even during peak season, plus lower insurance premiums due to reduced cargo handling risk.

Air Waybill (AWB)

An Air Waybill is a transport document that enables tracking of your cargo. The cargo rights transfer from the supplier to the consignee once the airplane departs. Our team issues the AWB on your behalf as part of the freight forwarding process.

Volumetric Weight

Air freight charges are based on either actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is greater.

Formula: Length (cm) × Height (cm) × Width (cm) ÷ 6,000

This is based on the standard rate of 1 kg = 6,000 cubic centimetres.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Why are the shipping rates so volatile?
Shipping rates fluctuate due to a combination of political, economic, and environmental factors — including fuel prices, geopolitical tensions, trade sanctions, seasonal demand surges, and global supply-demand imbalances in cargo space.
What are the usual methods of freight payment?
Freight can typically be paid as Prepaid (shipper pays at origin) or Collect (consignee pays at destination). We also offer account-based billing for regular customers with agreed credit terms.
What is an Air Waybill and why is it important?
An Air Waybill (AWB) is a critical shipping document issued by the airline or its agent. It serves as a receipt for the goods, a contract of carriage, and enables real-time tracking of your shipment from origin to destination.
How is volumetric weight calculated for air freight?
Volumetric weight is calculated as: Length (cm) × Height (cm) × Width (cm) ÷ 6,000. You are charged on whichever is higher — the actual gross weight or the volumetric weight.
